Intensive course in Graphic Art at the Leaders Development Institute at the General Presidency of Youth Welfare in Riyadh, SA.

Participation

Participated in many local and international exhibitions, competitions and events since 1982

Participated in most of the exhibitions and competitions affiliated with the General Presidency for Youth Welfare, the Ministry of Culture and Information, the Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts, in addition to agencies and institutions sponsoring Fine Art, also the local and Arabian Fine Arts halls.

Participated in a number of international exhibitions organized by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in (Egypt, Spain, Italy, Romania, Czechia, America, Austria, Tunisia, Lebanon, France, Bangladesh, Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain).

Participated in international biennials, exhibitions, and workshops.

Responsibilities and Memberships

Placed the foundations and regulations for the “MALWAN” competition organized by Saudia Airlines in 1992, after transforming an idea of the Assistant vip president of Marketing at Saudia Airlines from a scrap of paper into the largest Fine Arts competition organized by airlines companies in the world. Also, worked as the general coordinator and rapporteur for several turnements of this competition.

Founding member of the House of Artists in Jeddah, served as Chairman of the Public Relations and Media Committee and its Secretary-General; had an effective and major role in establishing this entity.

Founding member and initiator of establishing the first Arabic calligraphy group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Saudi Calligraphy Group).

Head of the Fine Arts Committee of the Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts in Jeddah, 2000.

Initiated the first exhibition of  Miniatures local artworks, which had been organized through Roshan Gallery in 2003.

Initiated the first Arabic Festival of Miniatures, which had been organized through Roshan Gallery in 2008.

Founding member of the Saudi Fine Arts Society.

Member of the Jordanian Artists Association.

Member of Asala Association in Cairo.

Participant in many Arabian and international Fine Arts associations via Facebook.
 

Activities

1987

Introduced the Fine Arts to the corridors of Saudia Airlines by forming the first Fine Arts group of Saudia Airlines employees.

1988

Organized and held the first Fine Arts exhibition for the group of Saudia Airlines employees in Taif, SA .

1988

Initiated the idea of the first Saudia Airlines calendar that includes Saudi artistic paintings.

1990

Established the first Fine Arts studio for talented children of Saudia Airlines employees at the Corporation Club in Jeddah, and their products were printed in the form of calendars and greeting cards.

1991

Organized an exhibition of the talent studio’ products at the Saudia Airlines pavilion at the International Children’s World Exhibit at the Jeddah International Exhibition Center.

1995

Initiated the first introductory trip to attend Paris museums and landmarks, organized by Saudia Airlines for a number of Saudi artists.

1998

Supervised the Saudia Airlines program for developing Fine Arts talents at Al Muftaha Art Village in Abha, SA.

1996

Initiated and organized a charity exhibition for the benefit of the Muslims of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the House of Fine Arts- Jeddah.
